Web analytics and anonymity

We use Matomo as our web analytics platform, which is hosted by a trusted third-party provider. Matomo is configured to anonymise IP addresses and pseudonymise user data, ensuring your privacy.

We do not share your data with other external analytics or advertising providers:

• IP addresses are anonymised (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx)

• User IDs are pseudonymised using a salted hash

• Raw visitor data is automatically deleted after 400 days

We do not use Google Analytics or other common external analytics providers. Instead, we use Matomo Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics platform that complies with global privacy regulations such as HIPAA, CCPA, LGPD, and PECR. Matomo Cloud stores all data securely within Europe, and no data is transferred to other regions outside Europe.

Videos and third-party content

Our site includes embedded videos from YouTube. These may set third-party cookies that cannot be disabled individually. If you choose “No, just necessary” in the cookie banner, these videos will be blocked to protect your privacy.

Data storage and deletion

• Messages sent via contact forms are automatically deleted after 60 days

• We do not export or sync your data to any external CRM or system
