The Norsap 1500 series are the perfect chairs for rugged environments. These chairs are designed to be lightweight and compact controller chairs, with armrests that can be fitted with numerous control options specific to each application. They include many standard features and have additional options to build the right solutions for the most demanding jobs. Each chair is mounted to a 150mm-diameter column, creating a firm base for the footrest and seat.
The flanged base has a large footprint with six mounting holes for secure fastening to the deck and can also be integrated with a deck rail delivered as a flush or top-mounted rail. The seat features various adjustments to allow for the best ergonomic position when seated, such as armrest, backrest, seat position, height, and rotation.
The Norsap 1500 chair has successfully passed rigorous testing to meet the high standards set by the US military. Specifically, it has been tested to comply with the MIL-DTL-901E and MIL-STD-167/1A standards. This means that you can trust that your Norsap helm chair is both durable and reliable, ensuring that it will last longer and be better for the environment.
Other available options are lumbar support and add-on controllers to the armrests.
